Wellness for Our Daughters is a menstrual and nutritional health campaign to uplift the importance and correlation between menstrual health and nutrition in underserved neighborhoods in the Washington, DC area. The campaign will also be used as a preliminary data collection space for our research project that centers menstrual and nutritional health and its impact on education.
