Wellness for Our Daughters Challenge (#WfODChallenge) is a community engagement effort and fundraiser to bring more awareness to the importance of menstrual wellness and wellness overall in underserved neighborhoods. Individuals or teams can participate in the challenge by engaging in our matching funds program for healthier sanitary products and to host wellness seminars.Wellness for Our Daughters OverviewWellness for Our Daughters is a short-term menstrual and nutritional health campaign to uplift the importance of menstrual health and nutritional health in underserved neighborhoods in the Washington, DC area. The campaign will also be used as a preliminary data collection space for our research project that centers menstrual and nutritional health and its impact on education.
